Pan Mixers

We offer our customers very superior quality pan mixers are very widely used in the line of paver blocks, fly ash bricks etc. To mix effectively grid cement, fly ash and small granule. It is robustly built with beavy steel base and heavy rollers with hydraulic door open.

The essential raw materials are fly ash 50%, Lime 15%, Gypsum 5% (or cement 8%) and sand or dust 30%. Mix the above ingredients properly with required quantity of water. When properly mixed, discharge the mixing by hydraulically operated bottom door opening through conveyor to the fly ash machine.

The pan mixer is required to be hopper attached or else the mixer is to be oplaced in a pit of 3 ft deep.
